About Sunway Lagoon

Spread across 35.6ha (88 acres) of land, Sunway Lagoon is divided into five fun-filled themed parks, namely Wildlife Park, Water Park, Amusement Park, Extreme Park, and Scream Park.

A visitor to the Extreme Park Sunway Lagoon takes on the challenge of climbing the vertical wall.

The Wildlife Park is constructed around natural trees in an eight-acre site, housing over 160 animal species of foreign and local origin. Visitors are given a chance to interact with some of these animals under the supervision of Wildlife Rangers during their tour.

The Water Park features the world’s largest man-made sandy surf beach, the world’s longest pedestrian suspension bridge, Asia’s first man-made volcano, and a myriad of water theme park rides.

The Amusement Park takes on a Wild West and pirates theme providing rides that are sure to get you screaming for more. This includes the Pirate’s Revenge – Malaysia’s first and only 360-degree rotating pirate ship that will swivel you to 24 metres above ground level.

The Extreme Park is for visitors who are into extreme sports; attractions here include Sniper Paintball and Combat Paintball.

The Lynton V Harris Scream Park showcases four exciting and scary adventures: Prison Break ‘LIVE!’, Terror Tunnel in 3D, Rumah Hantu and also not to be missed, an experience with the undead at The Angoscia Theater!

Lets Join The AMBP Xtreme Challenge!

AMBP, in collaboration with Sunway Lagoon, is proud to present the very first AMBP Xtreme Challenge, a challenge which the AMBP hope would provide you with one of the most memorable experiences of your life.

This challenge will take up the form of a race that’ll take place on June 5, 2010 at Sunway Lagoon, and it’ll be altogether fun, wild, speedy, splashy, and perhaps a little spooky.

So, there is an open invitation for you to prove that you have what it takes to sit (or run, or ride, or slide) through the many attractions that Sunway Lagoon’s theme parks - Water Park, Amusement Park, Extreme Park, Scream Park & Wildlife Park – can offer you.

If you’re game, what you need to do now is gather your friends (up to a maximum of four people) and put your names in the lot, as a team. You can decide later, during the Challenge, who gets to do what.

If you can’t find anyone to join your team, register anyway; They’ll place you with other individuals who share your plight. Do note that AMBP members will be given priority.

All participants are winners in their book, so no one goes home empty-handed on the day. Still, they need to separate the champions from the pretenders, so there will be extra prizes for the first x teams that cross the finish line.
